Russia made a big mistake going into Ukraine.. no one is going to be settled till they dismantle Nukes their their borders. The Idea of being nuked in less than 15 minutes is not acceptable. At least if you had 30 minutes you could launch something to intercept it. Russia needs to agree to remove them or have them targeted.
